The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walk from Montejo Avenue. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful the entire time. We got a room with walk-in showers.

The location of the hotel was stunning - at a medium distance from Paseo Montejo. Btw, went to city center, located not very far from the property.

The views at this small hotel were incredibly beautiful. The venue staff was supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The room was uniquely decorated and big size and I also had a large bathroom. The location was amazing and beautiful, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Centro. Visited few places in the center, not too far away from the hotel. The outdoor restaurant was good with a huge variety of meals in the menu.

It had quiet location, just next door to the centre in walking distance to all the important sites, downtown area and the restaurants and downtown area. The management was well-trained and professional, as well as the staff.

The staff were amazingly helpful and attentive all the time.

My stay was fantastic on our 3 weeks holidays. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a private safe, coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area. The room had a beautiful view of garden.

The room I booked was luxurious and big with air con, extremely comfortable king sized bed and super nice patio. Location: the hotel was next to the main square, and downtown area walking distance.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, making it a comfortable and cozy place to spend our Christmas vacation. We also liked that the hotel was located within walking distance of various bars and restaurants, allowing us to easily explore the local dining scene. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The cleaning standards at the hotel were inconsistent. Our room and bathroom seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time, as evidenced by the dirt on the floor and the black tissue when wiped.

The location was peaceful, for example, Centro was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The area was fabulous short walk to the centre of Mérida by foot, downtown area walking distance and the grand plaza. We were in a uniquely decorated and extremely spacious room with a stunningly beautiful view.

The beautiful surroundings provide peace and tranquility, while the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The staff is always at your disposal and the breakfast is delicious. With a pool in the middle of the courtyard, this hotel is a great choice for those who want to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The noise from the nearby street can be a bit of a distraction for light sleepers at times.

The room was beautiful and we loved staying here, it's conveniently located near the airport, making it a comfortable place to stay for a weekend getaway and we would definitely consider booking again and recommending it to others.
