Would recommend for a quick weekend visit
Spacious room, comfortable amenities, the room named "Marie Antoinette" featured a lovely balcony overlooking the inviting pool, and the breakfast offered a great selection that was fresh and well prepared.
Everything was perfect.

A Memorable Stay in Merida
Our family enjoyed four nights in a beautifully appointed room. The staff's warmth made us feel at home. We loved the delicious breakfast every morning and chatting with the friendly bartender while savoring our drinks. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to nearby attractions.

convenient access to parks and local attractions for city strolls
I loved how close this boutique hotel was to Santa Lucia Park and the charming streets leading to Plaza Grande, making my weekend strolls so enjoyable and filled with beautiful historic architecture all around. plus, the warm and welcoming staff made my arrival a delight, and the spacious room allowed me to relax after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the shower water pressure could be better, but overall, it didn’t take away from my fantastic stay.

A serene escape from reality
Waking up each day to the soothing sounds of nature was a refreshing change. The elegant decor transported me to another era, truly a dream come true.
However, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, which made for a less than ideal start some mornings. A bit more attention to maintenance would go a long way.

What a culinary paradise! The breakfast was simply delish, with fresh bread that had me coming back for more. Plus, the staff was super friendly, especially Laura and Andrea, making every moment feel special! Everything from the cozy vibe to the overall aesthetic was just gorgeous.
A bit of a trek to the fun spots, and it can feel long under the Merida sun. Also, the bar doesn’t open until 11 AM, which is a bummer for a midday refreshment. Lastly, be mindful about the credit card surcharge at checkout—kinda sneaky!

charming decor but minor cleanliness issue
The decor throughout the hotel is exceptional, showcasing a unique blend of elegance that transports you to another era. The staff are genuinely warm, making you feel welcomed and valued from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was more than just a meal. it was a delightful experience with a variety of tasty options that exceeded my expectations. The garden view from my room added a tranquil touch to my stay, providing a peaceful outlook to enjoy each morning.
However, I found that some areas, particularly in the bathroom, could benefit from improved cleaning standards.

The antique furnishings and elegant decor throughout the hotel were absolutely stunning, creating a tranquil haven. The gentle sounds of classical music and beautifully landscaped gardens made accessibility effortless and enjoyable for seniors like myself.
More accessible seating in common areas would help.
